Dmitri Chavkerov (also known as Felix Homogratis) is the owner of forexbastartds.com, now transformed into forexpeacearmy.com. The above sites were created to terorize online businesses providing forex consulting services. The way he does that is by publishing false bad statements and testimonials about many web sites, than Dmitri Chavkerov writes to the web site owner from independant email presenting himself as someone who can resolve the matter, than he asks for money to cover some "expenses and negotiating efforts", which could be from few hundred to several thousands.

How I know the above? I and few friends of mine have written many comments for web sites listed in forexpeacearmy.com, and only several bad ones selectively picked have been published by Dmitri Chavkerov.

Except for the recketing business Dmitri Chavkerov is doing, by the above activities he is promoting his othe deceiving web site, where he offers invented by him forex signals, forex profiting software and expert advisors, which promise to get you profitable trading.

I know several web sites which have paid Dmitri Chavkerov and he has removed completely the pages with bad comments about them. I know also others who would never pay such scam and risk their image being hurt. I know that from the good relation and close contacts I have with such online companies.

Dmitri Chavkerov has put a lot of efforts trying to cover his tracks in order to avoid justice. For example forexpeacearmy.com site is hosted at peer1.net, but he has paid additional fee to domainsbyproxy.com to protect his identity.

With some of his other sites Dmitri Chavkerov have offered forex rebates he is still unable to pay to his customers simply because he is not a broker and is not allowed to offer such services.

The cheats and deceptions of Dmitri Chavkerov are endless and he has still manages to escape justice. Be aware of him, don't trust his sites and web sites without complete contact information, and cheery on!

…I was trading in Forex market since 1999 & at this time there wasn't too much brokerage firms like now. I heard about Introducing broker called Robert Grespi & I picked his telephone, I called him & we arranged meeting in his company but he surprised me when I went there that I smelt drugs in his office !!!!

I Ignored & he was talking with me so professionally that lead me to trust him & the company & I bought from them signals, then he followed up with me friendly to see the effect of the signals but each time when I say that I'm losing the respond was that you need a new course in Forex !!!

I was losing money for 2 months & he still saying you need Forex course

I left him after many disputes between me & him because of losing my money & time, doing fake trading strategies developed by him.

At Feb 2000 while I was reading news paper I found his photo in a topic, it was big surprise for me to see that FBI investigating with him & all his capital was reserved…

I have investigated the matter with forexpeacearmy.com and it's owner thoroughly and have collected the following factual information:

According to the Moneytec article the Russian national Dmitri Chavkerov (under the alias Felix Homogratus), immigrant in the USA, owner of the forex forum at forexpeacearmy.com, previously held at forexbastards.com (also owner of 10 other fraudulent web sites, listed here), has been under investigation for a number of things for the last few years, and charges have been placed against his criminal partner in a fraudulent scheme to defraud people from United States, details of which are documented at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) web site.

Its people like this that have made the need for homeland security a must. We must all do our due diligence to detect fraudsters and terrorist. There are also numerous complaints by investors, and a pending case of identity theft, and transmission of personal banking information on a female victim, as well as black mail, slander and defamation. Its time to bring Mr. Dmitri Chavkerov to justice, arrest have already been made.
